We have reports of snowfall accumulations exceeding 9 inches on Brindlee Mountain in Morgan and Cullman counties.  The heavy snow ends early Thursday morning in Jackson and DeKalb counties, leaving behind up to 6 more inches of snow in all.  Roads will be almost impassable in the morning as temperatures drop into the 20s hardening the ice and snow.  We will warm into the upper 30s and lower 40s by mid-afternoon with some sunshine.
