Tropical Storm Karen forms near Trinidad and Tobago: Tropical Storm Karen formed Sunday morning near Trinidad and Tobago and the Windward Islands. Karen will drift north over the next few days, maintaining tropical storm strength as it moves over Puerto Rico this week.
