The husband of a Franklin County woman who was killed by a pack of dogs over the summer is speaking out.

The Madison County Water Department (MCWD) is warning residents of a water outage on Monday to make improvements to the water system. MCWD said that work is scheduled to be completed by 3 p.m. Monday afternoon.

HPD said that officers responded to the area of Dailey Terrace at about 1:30 a.m. When they arrived, they reportedly found two shooting victims with non-life threatening injuries.
