Florence, Ala. (WHNT) - Missy Tiber is just three weeks into her new job at UNA, but she's already looking to install her own brand of basketball.  She wants to play up-tempo and score a lot of points.

She will also be competing against defending conference champion UAH and perennial contender Delta State.  But Tiber says her program will be able to compete against the best in the GSC.

"I don't think any team stays at the top constantly," said Missy Tiber, UNA basketball coach.  "I think Delta State was down just a tad then they had been in years past. I think that's just the way it goes. Sometimes it's a roller coaster ride. I think that there's every opportunity for us to be successful. It's about how hard you're willing to work as a coach, and how hard your kids are willing to work."
