It’s hard not to consider the end of the first half disappointing for the Huntsville Stars.
The team was in a tight race for first-place with Jackson, until a nine-game losing streak ended all hopes of a playoff berth. It also gave the Stars a .500 record through the first 70 games.
But now that the All-Star Break is over, the team can look ahead to the second half of the season. Stars manager Darnell Coles says he still likes his team regardless of the challenges that await.
