Madison, Ala. - (WHNT) Just spend a few minutes at Bob Jones football practice and you will know what brand of football the Patriots are selling.

"We do it fast," head coach Kevin Rose told WHNT News 19's Chase Horn this week at Practice. "Number one we're going to get the call fast, line up fast and play fast period. Everything we do, we expect to be done at 100 miles per hour and play at a different speed than everyone else."

The term is "Bob Jones Fast," and it's catching on around the program. Senior wide receiver Jonathan Rice explained why it's so important. "We're going full speed the whole time. We think we are in better shape than everybody else so if we go our speed the whole time nobody can keep up with us."

Not many teams could keep up with the Patriots in 2013 either, going 9-1 in the regular season before losing in the third round to Vestavia Hills. The bar is set high and it all begins at home, August 29th against Decatur.
