Huntsville, Ala. (WHNT) Former Huntsville High left Jed Bradley is tentatively scheduled to start this weekend for the Huntsville Stars. Thew Brewers selected Bradley in the first round back in 2011 out of Georgia Tech.

The team has Bradley penciled in for a start on Friday night at Joe Davis Stadium but he is currently suffering from flu like symptoms and has not yet made the trip to Huntsville. The organization is monitoring his health so as not to spread illness in the clubhouse.

When he does make his stars debut, Bradley will become the second Huntsville native in 30 years to play for the Brewers AA affiliate. Former Grissom slugger Hunter Morris played first base in Huntsville from 2011-2012
