BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WHNT) - Alabama A&M came back from a two-touchdown deficit in the third quarter to beat rival Alabama State 37-36 in the 73rd Magic City Class before an announced crowd of 67,710.

In doing so, the Bulldogs snapped a pair of two-game losing streaks. They had lost their past two games of this season and had fallen in the most recent two Magic City Classics.

After trailing 20-7 at the half, coach James Spady's team found an offense that had sputtered in the first two periods. Despite their success, they continued to trail the Hornets, who got sterling performances from running back Daniel Duhart and league-leading rusher Malcolm Cyrus.
