HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. The National Children’s Advocacy Center is using the month to raise awareness.
The organization says abuse can occur in every part of society. It has released a social media campaign this month to teach people the signs of abuse and how they can help.
The organization also displays pinwheel gardens across Madison County to raise awareness.
