Beginner 5K Training Program Registration begins February 5th

No Boundaries is a Walk/Run 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to walking and running. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 10 weeks.

The program not only includes a training plan with walk and run options, but a professional coach, and a team atmosphere with the camaraderie of others just like you. Throughout the program, weekly group training sessions will keep you motivated and moving.

Registration begins February 5th with the kick-off on Monday, March 11th at 7 pm at Fleet Feet Sports.  The goal race is the Mercedes Benz Cotton Row 5K on May 26th.
