HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Huntsville City Schools administrators presented the district’s Reset Plan proposal to the HCS Board of Education.

The plan calls for classes to resume for students on August 17. Face coverings will be required for all students and staff. Social distancing will be practiced as much as possible.

Families will have two options for learning, traditional in-class learning and virtual learning.

Students that opt for the traditional plan will eat meals in the classroom.

The proposal was passed by school board members during Thursday night’s meeting.
