President Obama speaks at Dallas fallen officers’ memorial service

(CNN) – A memorial will be held today (Tuesday) for the fallen officers killed during a rally in Dallas, TX last week. President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak at the interfaith memorial service. The president is expected to be joined by Vice President Joe Biden and former President George W. Bush.
