U.S. Marshals, Decatur Police make felony drug bust on Wimberly Drive

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Decatur Police announced Saturday that an apartment raid on Friday lead to seven arrests for felony marijuana charges.

The bust happened at an apartment complex on Wimberly Drive in Decatur. The police were helping the marshal service serve another felony warrant, when they say they found a marijuana distribution operation.

They arrested Demarrius Goode, Donta Rollins, William Johnson, Antoine Scruggs, Craig Carter, Glendrick Hayes, and Montravious Walton.

Goode faces a bond of $101,000, and the others face bonds of $3,500.
