Two Men Shot During Argument in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) -- Huntsville Police responded to a shooting in the 4600 block of Ardmore Drive around 5:15 p.m. on Sunday night.

Police say the victim and his friend went to a home on Ardmore Drive to recover some personal property. When they arrived, the victims told police that a female answered and an argument took place between her and one of the victims. Police say the offender pushed passed the female and pushed the victim off the front porch. The victim was knocked to the ground and as he tried to stand up, police say the offender stood over him and fired multiple shot from a handgun.

According to police, two bullets hit the victim in the right leg and the abdomen. He ran to his friend's car, where police say the offender then fired several times into the vehicle and grazed the second victim's calf.

The case remains under investigation.
