HOOVER, Ala. (AP) _ Police say a teenager accused of three home invasions and sexually assaulting one of his victims has been arrested in central Alabama.

Hoover police spokesman Lt. Keith Czeskleba tells Al.com (http://bit.ly/2dONSRZ ) that 19-year-old Anthony Marques Pittman is charged with first-degree rape, robbery and burglary. He was arrested Thursday night.

Police say they received reports of robberies at three different locations.

Officers found Pittman hiding in a vacant apartment before taking him into custody.

Czeskleba says stolen property from all three of the victims was in Pittman’s possession at the time of his arrest. Pittman was in possession of a red bandanna and a pistol.

Pittman is being held at the Hoover City Jail on a $700,000 bond. It’s unclear if he has an attorney.
