DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – One of three people charged in connection with the death of two Krystal employees wants his capital murder trial moved to a new location.

An attorney for Jordaan Creque filed the change of venue motion dated September 22.

Creque’s attorney argues the amount of media coverage on the August 24, 2011 shooting at the Krystal restaurant on 6th Avenue in Decatur will prevent his client from getting a fair trial in Morgan County.

Night manager Jeffery Mark Graff of Huntsville and employee Jessie Jose Aguilar of Decatur were shot to death when police say Creque and two others robbed the restaurant.  Both men were found dead inside the restaurant.

Ezekiel Gholston and Cassandra Eldred are also charged in this case. All three are charged with capital murder, robbery and attempted robbery.

Creque is schedule to go on trial September 30 at 9:00 a.m.  There are no trial dates scheduled for Eldred and Gholston.
