STEM in the classroom: Share your pics of STEM education!

It’s National STEM day – a day to celebration Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. We know that classrooms across the Tennessee Valley integrate STEM education into their curriculum on a daily basis. On this day, we want to feature your pictures showing how you use STEM in the class.

Do you have Kindergarten students make teddy bear bridges in the classroom like Mrs. Stephan at Rainbow Elementary School?

Maybe your college class is studying Gamma Rays in thunderstorms or putting a Cube Satellite in space like classes at UAH? Or maybe students are learning more about electronic buses like the ones taking students around the campus of Alabama A&M University.

Don’t forget the math needed to run the Redstone Federal Credit Union branch at high schools in Decatur!

However you may use STEM in your classroom, we want to see it!

Please submit pictures with a brief explanation of where you are and what you’re doing to encourage STEM education in your classroom! Just click the submit button below, or tag us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
