Space Perspective announces plans to send tourists, research payloads into the stratosphere

A company is working on sending tourists into the stratosphere using a high altitude balloon.

Space Perspective says it’s working to send tourists and research payloads in a pressurized capsule, elevated by a large balloon.

The capsule is called the Spaceship Neptune and will be able to hold nine people, including the pilot.

The capsule will have large windows for people to look out of, and will also feature a bathroom and a bar.
