PULASKI, Tenn. (WHNT) - A Pulaski dentist will offer her 5th annual Free Dental Day this Friday, December 13.  The event grows larger every year.

This year, Dr. Tesa Reeves will bring in 24 dentists from around the country to help.  Registration begins at midnight tonight (12 a.m. Friday, December 13) at Pulaski's Elk Lodge, at 1415 West College Street.  Dental care will begin at 7 a.m.

All ages are welcome, and it's first come first serve.  Patients can get one service: routine extraction, cleaning, or tooth-colored filling on a front tooth.  Children are welcome too.

For more information, call the Free Dental Day hotline at (931) 229-4115.

Last year, Dr. Reeves and her team saw 307 patients and provided more than $100,000 of free dental work.  They were able to help everyone who came.

"There's a lot of studies that show how dental disease relates to cardiovascular disease, and having a healthy mouth means having a healthy body, so we definitely want to encourage patients to come and get their teeth taken care of," said Dr. Reeves.
