Main Street Music Festival returns to Albertville this weekend

ALBERTVILLE, Ala – The Main Street Music Festival in Albertville always draws huge crowds; in fact, last year was the event’s biggest ever.  And this Friday, the festival is back in down town Albertville.

This Friday, August 5th at 4 p.m., the Main Street Music Festival will kick-off with entertainment from The Velcro Pygmies followed by Blackberry Smoke. And then on Saturday, August 6th starting at 9 a.m., the Music Festival continues all day with Craig Campbell opening for Sara Evans, who will conclude the festival.

The Main Street Music Festival was selected in April 2016, by the Southeast Tourism Society, as one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast for August 2016.

The Music Festival takes pride in offering the entertainment free to the public, thanks to many corporate and local business sponsors and hundreds of volunteers.
