Marshall County Sheriff’s Office arrests Tuscaloosa man for conspiracy to commit murder

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ala. – A Tuscaloosa man was arrested Friday afternoon in Marshall County.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Office said John Clay, 42, was arrested on a warrant.

The Sheriff’s Office said they were investigating Clay and his case was presented to a grand jury who indicted him.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and charged with conspiracy to commit murder. His bond was set at $100,000.
