UPDATE: Stabbing investigation in Jackson County ongoing, case most likely be turned over to Grand Jury

FLAT ROCK, Ala. (WHNT) —  The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing in the Flat Rock area and has not made an arrest in the case.

Chief Deputy Rocky Harnen says a man was stabbed multiple times Tuesday and air lifted to the hospital. We’re told the man is in stable condition.

The man’s name isn’t released.

Wednesday the Sheriff’s Office says the investigation is still ongoing, and will most likely be handed over to a Grand Jury.

Two people were arrested on unrelated charges.

Investigators say it happened at a home on County Road 695. The details surrounding what happened are not being released just yet.
