Mother Charged After Kids Fall Out Of Car, Into Traffic

FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) – Florence Police say two young children fell out of the car they were riding in, onto a busy section of road.

Kimberly Simbeck has been charged with reckless endangerment.

Police say Simbeck was turning near Helton and Hermitage Drive when her two year old twins fell out.

A third toddler was also riding in the front seat.

Police say the children’s car seats were in the back, covered with clothes and trash.

The children suffered from minor injuries, including cuts and scrapes.
