MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — One person was killed in a wreck on I-565 Sunday afternoon.
Huntsville Police say the crash happened at 1 p.m. on I-565 and Swancott Road. Officials identified the victim as 45-year-old Cornelius Vinson.
HEMSI Spokesperson Don Webster told News 19 Vinson was taken to Huntsville Hospital with “extremely critical injuries.” He later died from those injuries.
Police say the crash remains under investigation, but no charges are expected.
