MADISON COUNTY, Ala. – The Huntsville Police Department charged a man with manslaughter for a deadly wreck that happened Wednesday afternoon.

Cedric Warner, 19, was released from Huntsville Hospital Wednesday night and booked into the Madison County Jail for manslaughter, according to a HPD spokesman.

Lashaundra Logan, 20, was killed in the wreck that happened on Blake Bottom Road near Highway 53 just before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A witness told WHNT that it looked like the driver of a Honda going west on Blake Bottom Road lost control while going through the intersection of Highway 53. The witness says the car flipped several times and ended up in the field on the other side. One of the people was thrown out of the car, she said.

Huntsville police said a third person in the car, and 18-year-old woman, was taken to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition.
