MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – New details in the sexual abuse case against the owner and director of the New Song School of Fine Arts in Madison have emerged.

Dennis Craston Brock, 60, of Madison, was charged with sexual abuse of a child under 12 on June 7.

Court documents show Brock admitted to a sexual act occurring with a girl between the ages of 4 and 7.

Police detectives originally received a report from the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services of a sexual abuse case involving a child under 12 earlier this month. Detectives were told the incident occurred several years ago when the juvenile was in Madison.

The juvenile made a report after attending a school presentation on child abuse awareness. Brock was questioned by the Madison Police Department and later arrested.
