MADISON COUNTY, Ala. - The Madison County Sheriff's Office is still directing traffic on Winchester Road to try to get people in and out of their voting location.

Traffic has been heavy throughout the day near Cove Church, a large polling site.  It's located at 1635 Winchester Road NE, between Shields Road and Homer Nance, and deputies ask anyone who is not voting to please take an alternate route.

The traffic delays started mid-morning, and continued through the afternoon.  They're expected to be the same for the drive home and through the time polls close at 7 p.m.

If you have a voting issue today, please let us know. Go here to let us know how we can Take Action for you.
