HUNTSVILLE, Ala.– The City’s fourth dog park is set to open on Wednesday, June 8.

The public is invited to join Mayor Tommy Battle, District 2 City Council Member Mark Russell, and Parks & Recreation Director Steve Ivey for the official Ribbon Cutting.

Located at 265 Wade Road, just off Highway 431 South, the park is over an acre with two sections for large and small furry friends. The plan also includes sunshade areas and benches.

Iceworks Shaved Ice will be there with snow cones and lemonade to keep the humans cool during the grand opening.
