HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – One person was shot in an incident on Hammonds Avenue in Huntsville on Wednesday.
HEMSI spokesman Don Webster confirmed emergency crews took one person to Huntsville Hospital Trauma Services. That person’s condition is still under evaluation.
Huntsville police investigators say several men approached the victim as he was sitting on his porch. There was an altercation and the victim was shot in the leg.
