HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Drivers through the Village of Providence might notice something a little different in the water.

The fountain has been dyed orange in recognition of the upcoming walk for multiple sclerosis.

Mayor Battle joined members of the north Alabama Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, as well as participants from the Woody Anderson Ford corporate team in front of the orange fountain to promote the event that has been going on for more than 15 years.

The May 2 walk starts at 9 a.m. Saturday, with registration online or the morning of the walk beginning at 8 a.m.
