Organizers to meet to discuss 33rd annual Panoply event

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT)– Panoply is just about a month away and organizers will gather today to talk about this year’s event.

The event will be held at Big Spring Park. This morning organizers will join with leaders of Huntsville and Madison county to talk about this year’s Panoply extravaganza.

This year will be the 33rd year for Panoply. The event features the best in both music and art and is considered one of the biggest events of the year in Huntsville. Food and beverage vendors also set up shop at Big Spring Park. This year’s event will take place April 24-26.

This morning’s news conference is set for 10:00  at the Huntsville/ Madison County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau on Church Street.
We will get our first look at this year’s Panoply poster and T-shirt at this time. Organizers will also discuss other special programming announcements.

Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle and Madison County Commission Chairman Dale Strong will be among those in attendance for today’s news conference.
