New Motion in Amy Bishop Anderson Case

Attorneys for accused UAHuntsville shooter Amy Bishop Anderson filed a new motion Friday asking the court again to force the state to pay for her expert witnesses.  Her attorneys are putting on an insanity defense.

In Friday’s motion, Bishop Anderson’s attorneys accuse the state comptrollers office of ingoring court orders to pay for neurological testing.

Bishop Anderson’s trial is scheduled to begin September 10, 2012.
