HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - This week held an important day for the Huntsville non-profit, Manna House.

Manna House held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday for a covered walkway.  The walkway will allow people standing in line outside the building to stay out of the elements, as well as a place to sit.

Manna House is a non-profit that provides food to thousands of families each week. It's located at 2110 Memorial Parkway.

Leadership Madison County Class 26 provided the covered walkway.
