(WHNT) - The Kids to Love Foundation, the non-profit agency that serves foster children in the Tennessee Valley, shipped out Christmas gifts to families in 18 counties in north Alabama and southern Tennessee this week.

Despite those large numbers, the organization is still thousands of dollars short on this year's Christmas for the Kids Drive.  There are still several dozen wish lists that have not been fulfilled yet, which means some of these children may not have any gifts under the Christmas tree.

Many of the wish lists are for children ranging in age from newborn to 20 years old.

It's not too late to help.  You can use this link to donate to a secure PayPal account.  Volunteers need this money so they can make emergency shopping trips and fulfill the wish lists.

Please help spread some holiday cheer this year and donate to a foster child in the Tennessee Valley.
