UPDATE: No Students Hurt In Wreck Involving School Bus

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - No students were hurt in a wreck involving a school bus on Wednesday afternoon in Huntsville.

In all, 13 students who attend Martin Luther King Elementary were on board.  Keith Ward, spokesperson for Huntsville City Schools, said parents showed up to the scene and transported the children home.

The wreck happened around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Meridian Street and Winchester Road in north Huntsville.

An elderly man in the other vehicle involved was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
