HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Police arrested a man Wednesday on sodomy and sexual abuse charges.

William Henry Woodall, 70, was charged Wednesday afternoon with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.

A Huntsville Police Department spokesman said Woodall was charged for improperly touching a woman who was incapable of consenting to the sexual acts. Woodall did know the victim, the spokesman said.

Online jail records indicate bond had not been set as of early Thursday afternoon.
