Fire Destoys Mobile Home in Madison County

MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Madison County Fire Marshalls are investigating an early morning fire.

Just before 4:00 a.m. neighbors called 911 to report a home in fire on the 400 block of Indian Creek Road.
Huntsville firefighters were the first to respond.
When they arrived, they said the single-wide mobile home was engulfed in flames.
Monrovia volunteer fire department also responded.

It took 20 firefighters around 30 minutes to get the fire under control.
Indian creek road between Plummer and King Road was shut down for about 2 hours.

At this point, it does not appear anyone was at home at the time of the fire.
Madison County Fire Marshalls are investigating.
