Driver wrecks stolen car in southwest Huntsville, 2 people held for questioning

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Police say a person wrecked a stolen car Tuesday and hit a tree in southwest Huntsville.

Investigators say three people were inside a blue Honda, and one of them was injured when the car wrecked on Clopton Street, just west of Triana Boulevard.  Two others jumped from the car and took off, one of them carrying a gun.

Police detained both of them for questioning.
