MADISON COUNTY, Ala. – A jury found Brian Lucas guilty on first degree sodomy and first degree sexual abuse Thursday.
Brian Lucas’ identical twin brother, Aaron Lucas, pleaded guilty to similar charges in Colorado. He is currently serving 20 years to life for multiple child sex abuse charges.
A sentencing date has not been set yet. Attorneys for Lucas say they plan to appeal immediately.
Lucas has another trial set for March on similar charges.
