Huntsville Police Respond to Robbery on Monroe Street

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Huntsville Police responded to a robbery around 1 a.m. Sunday morning.

According to police, the victim stated that he arrived at the bus station on Monroe Street and was approached by an unknown male.

Police say the offender demanded the victim’s personal property and then reached in his jacket as if he was armed.

The victim was able to flee and called the proper authorities.

No one was injured.
