Our news partner, the Huntsville Times also reports a trial date has been set in the case against Isaac Holdsambeck. Holdsambeck is charged with reckless murder and three counts of assault. Those charges stem from a deadly wreck in Hampton Cove back in May 2010. He is set to stand trial starting June 11.
Police say Holdsambeck was driving a truck with four other teens when he crashed into a tree near the waterfall on Hampton Cove Way. One person was killed, the others in the truck were injured.
According to investigators, Holdsambeck had a blood alcohol content of .15 at the time and tested positive for T-H-C, a chemical found in marijuana.
