Linzy made the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s list of wanted fugitives in December 2014.

Authorities learned Linzy was in the Chattanooga area.

He’s charged with first degree murder, attempted murder and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony for a fatal drive-by shooting last October.

The TBI, US Marshals and Chattanooga Police worked together to arrest him Tuesday night around 6:30.

They found him at an apartment complex at 2247 East 27th Street.

Authorities say he was to be booked into the Knox County Jail.
