The website offers all kinds of information on seasonal allergies and the triggers for them. You can search your zipcode to get a customized risk assessment in your area. Different colored bars (yellow, orange, etc.) show how bad the level of allergens will be on each day.

For mobile folks, you can also try’s Allergy Alert – a free app for Androids and iPhones. When you give the app access to your current location, it pulls up the allergy forecast for that day, or a 4-day range. The scale ranges from 0 to 12. The app will also describe which kinds of allergens are most abundant in your area.
