MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. – Around the country voter registration is up. This years presidential election has struck a nerve with many people, so when you go cast your ballot expect long lines. Morgan County Probate Judge Greg Cain said voters shouldn't be discouraged by long lines.

Caine said  voters can also wear almost anything they want to  the polls.

"A lot of times voters ask 'Can I wear a t-shirt with candidates on it, or a candidate's logo, ball cap, or a button?' The answer to that question is yes if you go in and cast your ballot," Cain said.

Poll watchers are not allowed to wear any campaign clothing or buttons while inside a polling place, for people who feel strongly about a candidate or issue; Judge Cain said they can campaign 30 feet away from the polls.

Judge Caine said he wants to make the voting experience enjoyable on November 8th.
