Pedestrian hit on Interstate 65 dies later

MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. – A pedestrian hit by a vehicle on Interstate 65 Saturday has died.

Officials say Noah Scott Stewart, 23, of Moulton was hit and injured by a 2016 Toyota Camry on April 13th. The crash happened at 2:10 p.m. on I-65 about a mile south of Priceville, according to the report.

Stewart was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries, according to officials.

Authorities say the driver of the Toyota was not injured.

Alabama State Troopers are investigating the crash.
