DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Testimony began in Jordaan Creque’s capital murder trial on Thursday, and jurors heard from several people.

The jury listened intently as Decatur Police explained the detail of crime scene photos from Krystal, where two workers were killed in August 2011.

A jury of 15 women and one man are hearing the case against Creque, who allegedly shot Jeffrey Graff and Jesse Aguilar to death while the two were opening the restaurant.

Creque sat still in the courtroom during testimony, occasionally making notes on a pad of paper.

Creque’s lawyers filed a motion a week ago requesting a change of venue.  The judge in the case reserved his right earlier this week to make a decision at a later time.

Cassandra Eldred and Ezekiel Gholston are also charged in the crime.  They will be tried separately.
