DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – Authorities have shut down a portion of Old Hwy 31 in Morgan County after a commercial vehicle overturned.
Decatur Police said a concrete truck flipped on Hwy 31 S at Old Hwy 31.
Authorities said Old Hwy 31 to Joe Davis Road will be closed at this time.
