MOMBASA, Kenya (CBS) – An Air France flight was forced to make an emergency landing in Kenya after a bomb scare.

Officials say that a suspicious device was found in the bathroom of the plane when a passenger noticed something that looked like “a stop watch mounted on a box.”

The flight was on its way from Mauritius to Paris when the pilots requested an emergency landing in Kenya.

The passengers were all safely evacuated.

The device is currently undergoing testing by explosives experts.

Kenyan authorities say they are questioning several suspects who were on the flight.
