COLBERT COUNTY, Ala. — Authorities said they were investigating a body found in Colbert County Monday morning.
The body was found on a trail below the hydro plant near the Rockpile Recreation Area, Colbert County EMA Director Michael David Smith said Monday.
The Tennessee Valley Authority called and asked for the county coroner to come to the area.
No other details were immediately available.
