ATHENS, Ala. — Athens police said they believe a man shot and killed his daughter before killing himself Monday at a home on Yarbrough Road.
Tara Foley, 28, and Michael Foley, 64, were found dead inside a home in the 18000 block of Yarbrough Road around 1 p.m. Monday, Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson said.
Johnson said they believe Michael Foley shot his daughter and then himself.
The shooting is still under investigation.
